RECIPE OF THE MONTH
I created this recipe for my mom! She loves key lime pie but I wanted to
give it something extra; so I thought CHOCOLATE! What mom doesn't like
chocolate? So I added a chocolate cookie crust! This pie is easy and tastes
great!
Key Lime Pie with Chocolate Crust
1 chocolate cookie pie crust 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs 1 cup lime juice
1 drop of green food coloring Store bought whip cream or homemade
Preheat oven to 350. Mix condensed milk, eggs, lime juice and food
coloring. Pour into pie shell and bake for 12 minutes. Cool and top with
whip cream! Garnish with lime slices if desired!
